The trouble with importing is, you have to maintain two (five?) sets of data. That makes it messy & troublesome when you update your address books as changes are not reflected in all of them. Ugh!
Ready to simplify your work? Just link! Linking is basically like creating a shortcut, sort of like building a bridge between your existing address book (e.g. Google Contacts) to Coconect. The data is not stored in Coconect, but remains at your side.
Using Gmail, Yahoo Contacts, CRM or email marketing solution?
We currently support Gmail, Yahoo, Zoho CRM and Mailchimp. If you use any of these, you already have your address book! Link them once and you are good to go.
For Outlook, Outlook Express, other webmail & applications. There are a few simple ways to convert your contacts and export them to Google & Yahoo Contacts. Once exported, link them as usual to Google & Yahoo Contacts, and the same contacts will appear in your recipient list.
