This is the last step of your setting up process.

Upon setting up:

• Edit your master list- All contacts from your selected address book will be linked. You can unselect those contacts that you don’t want to send any messages at all and save the list.
• You can then further edit the list for each events or you can skip this step entirely.

All done! What’s next?

You will receive your Monthly Confirmation List of the upcoming month’s events with the recipients from your master list. Just edit the master recipient list for that month’s events. So, instead of looking at recipient lists for 20 events, you only need to deal with one list for that month. Confirm this Monthly Confirmation List and your messages will be on it’s way to your contacts.
