The Story of Coconect
Once upon a time, disgruntled customers complained that all sales people want to do is close sales and end the wonderful relationship they had. Salespeople and business owners on the other hand retorted that it’s close to impossible to keep in touch with every single client, let alone keep them constantly happy.
Along came Mel & Jen, who conceived the idea for Coconect with the support of the MDEC Technopreneur Pre-Seed Fund Programme. Armed with the idea that personalized messages can help businesses maintain a more profitable relationship with customers and the determination to make it work, we aim to make this world a better place – one customer at a time!
Putting ourselves in your shoes
We are all customers but deep down, we are still individuals who want to feel special. That’s how we at Coconect decided that enough is enough – a mere e-Card or SMS cannot make us any happier than a lukewarm “hello” can, so we’ve committed ourselves to provide relationship marketing solutions that will wow your customers and charm their socks off!
Each card will be personalized down to the relevant images and warm messages, and bear both you and your customer’s name. We know how difficult it is to remember multiple birthdays, different festive seasons, buying the cards, printing address labels, stamps and posting them all on time while growing your business. So, we made it easy- doing it all for you.
